✨ Self-Care as a practice is a lifetime journey.

Choosing it to be one of your top priorities will direct your life to a more wholesome way of being in touch with your body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit.

It is a path of remembering DAILY to embrace all aspects of your being in a loving kindness.

My personal journey of self-care is dynamic, constantly changing and filled with a lot of failures.

Most important realization I made, it is very long and does not have a deadline. It never stops.

✨ It took me 15 years to learn to be aware of my breath and be present to inhale and exhale, experiencing joy in the present moment.

✨ 20 years to learn to be kind to myself in the darkest hours and not drink away my emotions. I do it once a while, but I do it in style and with an awareness and I enjoy it.

✨ 40 + years to see and prioritize my body. A daily journey of falling in love with every part of it.

✨ I do not remember where it began or may end my life time affair with soul & spirit. Perhaps that moment when I crossed the Abyss during Kabbalah training in 2020. The experience of universal love transformed me forever and gave me courage to ask on a daily basis to connect with my center & ask to see Goodness in everything & everyone.

This journey requires a lot of courage and self-awareness. It requires saying no to many things, letting go without looking back. It requires a lot of kindness to yourself and making yourself a priority.

While it is long and not easy, it will create a life filled with a lot of energy, a strong center, filled with love, kindness, joy and most importantly purpose.

AND in the most unexpected way, it will make you productive and hustle free.
