The Slow Down Retreat facilitated by Marina Roashko was a much needed interruption to constant productivity and planning. Rethinking and redeciding where your focus needs to be provided an epiphany for me! To stay in top form one could use a slow down retreat monthly! I highly recommend trying the Slow Down Retreat!
Well, I know it was supposed to help me slow down, but actually, I think it was the kick in the butt I needed to speed up
Marina created a warm and inviting space for thoughtful reflection on how my priorities are (and are not) being manifested in my daily activities.
I dont know that it was exactly what I was looking for when I went for it however I found it very useful. It was a way to recalibrate and make focused choices with your time, which is a tune-up that we can all use in our day to day lives. I also know Marina’s work and believe in what she does for others
The slow down retreat helped me calm my mind and reevaluate what’s important in my life, today and for years to come. Meeting likeminded people who treasure their time made me realize I’m not alone in the big city. I recommend it to everyone who is looking to re-evaluate their relationship with time and take charge.
