The living space has a huge sofa and a big dinning table for friends and family to gather around. A huge smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and access to your subscriptions, no cable. A half bathroom and washer and dryer next to the living room.
The third-floor with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is also a small gathering area with Apple TV with Netflix and access to your subscriptions, no cable. There is also a stunning terrace on the forth floor looking over the ocean.
