The course happens over four two-hour group sessions – virtual or in person – across two months.
Session 1: Reframe
Mapping team members’ innate strengths and working styles, this session allows for discussion and reappraisal of each person’s natural approach to work, and how they relate to one another.
Session 2: Reflect
A chance to collectively evaluate current working practices in light of the Reframe session, to consider what about the existing environment, structure, culture and dynamic is or isn’t acting in service of the team’s natural modes.
Session 3: Rework
Building on the previous two sessions, Reem guides you to revise existing practices and devise new strategies to harness individual strengths, serve innate styles, and lay the foundations for a more productive, adaptive, and harmonious approach to work.
Session 4: Revisit
Once the strategies devised in Session 3 have been implemented, a final session takes place at the right juncture for you and your team, giving a chance to evaluate and fine tune your Reworked approach.
