Olive Persimmon is a writer, speaker and storyteller.
Olive is one of the most vulnerable and courageous people you will meet and her personality is reflected in her writing where she generously shares personal stories so that others know they are not alone in their journey.
A published author of two comedic books, Olive started working with Marina Romashko almost 6 years ago. At the time she was still contemplating her first book – a mountain of a task! With Marina’s guidance Olive was able to create a very specific plan – she would deliver a set number of pages per week. Putting one foot in front of the other worked for Olive and a year later, one week at a time, the book was written. And while it felt like a huge accomplishment, which it was, Olive knew it was just start of her writing career.
Her second book – The Coitus Chronicles: My Quest for Sex, Love, and Orgasms – looks like it is set to eclipse any success she has had so far. Thanks to book #1 Olive came to the attention of The Carol Mann Agency that now represents her. Once again writes the truth about sex, love and orgasms that so many of us wouldn’t dare admit even to ourselves. The book is scheduled for a 2019 release!
Olive is an inspiration because no matter how hard it gets she just keeps going. Writing one page after another she has faith in the process. We can’t wait to read Olive’s next book and are grateful for her courage to tell stories that make us remember to be kinder to one another.
