I make iDEAs a reality for a living.
I am an iDEA coach. All of my work is built on articulating, planning, and executing ideas as well as dealing with everything that comes along the way – fears, weaknesses, time management and many other aspects of life.
Quite often I have been asked: “How do you know if an idea will be successful?”
I always have the same answer:
I don’t know.
As a matter of fact, to my potential clients, I always say that I cannot guarantee them success, fame or money.
BUT what I can guarantee is that the process of going after a BIG iDEA* will bring with it a few profound experiences.
1. Getting to know yourself through action. You get to know yourself through action, no more reading books and dreaming, you are finally doing it. By doing it you go to places you have never been before and see yourself under a whole different light.
2. Create a new space. The moment you start making even really small steps towards the idea, your energy starts shifting. Our undone ideas, they are taking space in our field of possibilities, the moment you start doing one task at a time towards your idea, that space frees up and it means other important ideas can unfold. (They may be more important than your BIG iDea)
3. You fall in love with yourself. There is no better feeling after the many years of thinking, dreaming, reading and talking than of finally doing. Procrastination is over, action is your best friend, and you are dancing with your fears, accepting your weaknesses and working with your strengths. Somehow in all of this complicated journey you find peace and balance, because you are finally making your BIG iDEA happen.
I never guarantee success, but I can promise transformation through action.
*BIG iDEA – something you have been thinking for a long time: a bookstore, a food blog, a non-profit in Bhutan and many more. This idea usually does not leave you alone.
